Meet Karra

Karra Eloff is an Australian dedicated to helping suffering people find joy.

She is the founder of The Chronic Pain Couple™, and author of the book of the same name. She is also the co-founder and managing director of two private psychology practices on The Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia.

Karra who featured as a regular guest panellist on the TV talk show Be That, regularly presents in Australia and internationally on the topics of persistent pain and relationships, as well as suffering and joy. She is a wife and mother who holds a Masters in Speech Pathology from The University of Queensland and a Bachelors degree in Applied linguistics. She has experience teaching Anatomy at the university level and suffers herself, from a chronic painful illness. This experience along with her work with clients, led her to develop a blueprint to enable any couple living with chronic pain to achieve joy, success and a remarkable relationship.

Karra also enjoys supporting individuals 1:1 with navigating persistent pain in their personal and professional life.
